Project Life 2017 | Weeks 5+6

Still plugging away on my weekly spreads. I love how it has become routine for me to sit down on Saturday/Sunday to print photos and make my spread.

Week 5: I took Monday off work this week since I had picked up Stellan from the airport so late and I must say that it was the best decision I´ve made in a while!

I am still working on my post about what products i am mainly using for my Project Life album this year, but you´ll see that I do use older products too.

Week 6: I remember this week as a slow, ordinary week, so I documented what we were watching and a few stories like Sunday mornings and my daughter and her brother.

I used a smaller round photo in this spread. i think it is fun to do some of the see through stuff sometimes. I ended up using another photo on the next spread, but I could have used an embellishment also.

How are you doing with your Project Life?

Memory keeping | Autumn TN 02

If you´d like to see my first few pages in my Autumn mini, just click here

I am still working away in my Autumn travelers notebook. I have enjoyed to add bits and pieces and stories about some of my favorite things about fall. I will go on in November and then start my annual Christmas mini at the start of December.

Quotes are one of my favorite things to include in my memory keeping projects, so it is no suprise that I have quite a few in here.

I will use most of the remaining pages for my 30 day gratitude project that I do every year with the grand finale of Thankgiving at the end of the month.
I have a question, if you are one who makes traveler notebooks, how do you store them when they are done?

Kellie Stamps DT | September projects

I was one of the DT members that got to play with the clear stamps aswell as the digital version of the September stamps from Kellie Stamps. It is called Happy routine and has all sorts of everyday sentiments. I used one of the clear stamps to make this background for my layout. I like to do this with smaller stamps, it gives a big impact eventhough it is so very simple. One of my happy routines is to be creative every day, painting or scrapbooking. It is so necessary for my well being.

For this subway art I used the digital set. In picmonkey I opened a canvas and then just added the stamps I wanted, then rezised and arranged them the way I wanted. When I had printed it out I added a stamped house and a chipboard star. I love how it turned out!
I´ll be back soon to share my October projects!

Memory keeping | December mini 2016 - 6 past favorites

Three years ago, when my fiancĂ© and me celebrated our first December together, I started a December minibook. It´s a 6x8 binder from Simple Stories with pocket pages. I decided that I´ll have three years worth of December memories in this mini. So this year marks the last one being documented in this book. I am not doing anything daily (as in the December Daily project that Ali Edwards do) and since I do Project Life every week this album is all about our December traditions and sometimes I do have double recordings, but for me it is all ok. What I have felt special about working in my December mini is that I go all in with glitter, cheesy wordings etc. It´s fun! I fitted 3 years of Decembers in one album and this year I am getting a new album, but will still do the same thing.

Today I thought I´d share a few favorite pages and elements from the past 3 years before I start the new album.
