Project LIfe 2017 | Week 20-24

As time is going so very fast I really want to share all my Project Life spreads with you before years end. Let´s continue with more from this summer!

Week 20: This was a lovely warm pre-summer week in May. I opted to make all my journaling digital this week and I really like it. The font size is a bit small, so I know I played a bit with that for the next spread.

Week 21 was eventful as my then fiancĂ© fell with his wheechair at work and the ambulance had to get him to hospital. Nothing very serious but he id had to wear a collar for a few weeks and got a head concusion. We made some more pre-wedding stuff and my daughter suprised me for Mother´s day!

Week 22: Here you can see the before mentioned collar ;) I included the TV shows we were currently following and even more wedding prep.

Week 23: As our wedding was week 26 we wanted both to be prepared but also spend some time just being. We knew that we would be super stressed eventually so we wanted to get in some resting also. That was what this week were all about.

Week 24: As you can see on this spread I was working with a color scheme this week. I believe it was for a Nerd Nest challenge. I like doing that as you know ;)

Thank you so much for stopping by!

Paislee Press Guest CT | November 1

I am so very happy to say that I am the guest designer for Paislee Press this month! I love Liz´s products and have been using them forever, so that makes me even more eager to just create.

The first kit I get to play with is called In the books and it is so clean and simple and full of the loveliest sentiments. My favorite one is "and the my heart bursts into a million peices" and that is what I have used one my layout above. This is actually from the In the books card set. I just printed it larger so that I could use it as both my title and journaling spot.

This layout was the one I used as my official guest CT project. I went through a whole lot of old photos for another project I was doing and just went down in the rabbit hole of my daughter´s childhood photos. It made so very sentimental that I knew this was the story I wanted to use. As you can see it is so very simple, just the way I like it!

At first I thought my journaling would fit onto just one circle, but it didn´t so I used a brad to hold them both together and then I could easily slide the top circle to the side to read one the second one.

I was also asked to create a project with an old product from Liz´s and I used the High Five kit to create a page about my amazing husband. He has MS and he is the strongest person I know. He has terrible pain all day every day and still doesn´t let that stop him from anything! The sentiments in the kit was just perfect for this!

I´ll be back soon with my project from the other kit I got to play with!

Sahin Designs | Generations kit

The new kit from Sahin designs is called Generations and is filled with sweet sentiments, elements and cute papers. I made this layout straight away when I had downloaded the kit! I love the heart paper and the sentiment ”It’s always better when we’re together”.

It worked perfectly with my story about how much I love when my adult daughter comes home to visit.

I also made this fun layout with Snapchat photos of my nieces. For this I used a few of the cute patterned papers to make the banner flags.

To tie the pages together, I cut out the letters with one of the papers.

As I said, I really love this kit. Be sure to check it out too!
