Firewood and frost and has these great pastell colors. It´s sentiments are for projects about snow days, but I decided to use one of the cards as a background and paired it with a lot of labels to use as my music list. I love that I made this page about how I am always driving and that we have a roadtrip playlist!
I made two layouts with the second collection of the month called Amore. It is a perfect kit to make projects about everyone and everything you love! I used that cute heart element and made a list of things I love right now. The title is one of the elements also and I added the word "with" before printing the page out.
The second layout I made with the Amore collection is this one about my husband and my sister´s husband and their "bromance" that we kid about constanly. You can see that my favorite thing about this collection is the heart elements ;) I made a card with the blue hearts and printed it out as my background paper. I also love the tags that are in the collection, they are perfect for layering!
Thank you for checking in!

Here is one of my favorite layouts I made last year! Don´t you just love that! I decided to make my own patterned paper using stamps. For this I used scrap paper and had another paper under it so that I could stamp over the edge. I used an older stamp from Kellie stamps for "watching" and a super old wood stamp from Elise Cripe. They fit together perfectly!
I then ripped the paper I stamped on and added it to the top of my background. I really like how it turned out!
I was driving to the harbour one autumn morning and the forest was full of spider webs and it was truly magical! I am so happy I stopped to take photos.

2016 when I was on Kellie Stamps creative team I used to stamp my backgrounds all the time. Also the period when I was on the Studio Forty CT I used stamps much more. I was itching to do that again and I went to one of my favorite inspirations; Dearly Dee. Have you seen her Youtube videos? That are the best! I made this very simple page documenting the first thing I casted on to my knitting needles this year. I used a label stamp to make my background just stamping it over and over again. This is the easiest way to use stamps to build a pattern, I think.
If you want to see more layouts using stamping, just click on the tag that says stamping ;)

As promised here is the very last spread of my Project Life album 2017. Week 52 was spend at home just relaxing, playing PS4 and reading Christmas gift books, but also in Gothenburg with my sister´s family for New years. It felt so good, as always, to finish up another year documented in pockets!
Right after making the spread above I printed my photos and made my 2018 title page. I wanted to take new headshots, but the weather was so dark and gloomy that I opted to use these from our wedding photos :) I mean we were all dolled up already so why not! I also added photos of our biggest ways to relax right now; playing PS4 for hime and knitting for me. I look forward to fill 2 more albums with our lives this year, my 7th year doing this project!
